Daily Practice

Daily simple practices are helpful to build routine. Routine is how we become successful in our wellness journey, as long as the routine that is practiced is with the outcome in mind to achieve wellness.

With all lifestyle modification and adjustments, we need to take things with strive. I love setting small attainable goals.

You are probably reading this and thinking, Katie, drinking water is not a big deal. Well, actually it is! Did you know so many people do not even get the basic minimum required water consumption intake in per day. We need at least 64 oz of water per day, would be great to get even more - especially if you are exercising regularly! (Stay tuned for my course that discusses gut health and electrolyte imbalance!)

I am not talking about fluids-i.e. coffee, tea, sodas, protein drinks, I am talking about water. Consuming water. So again, start with the basics. Get moving, replenish your cells by hydrating them with what they love.

Practice eating nutrient dense meals every single day. If you do not do this, practice with one meal a day being nutrient dense and then increase your meals to all be nutrient dense as this becomes more habitual for you. This takes some time at first, but as you become efficient it is as easy as pour a bowl of cereal in a bowl- BUT HEALTHIER! Better yet, I can teach you how to do this specific to your health ailments! If you are not comfortable with someone helping you through this journey to ensure success, you absolutely can do your own research to help guide you. But I will tell you that can be daunting, you can get incorrect information, and likely lead to inconsistency and misinformation, purchasing and consuming the wrong foods, which leads to lack of progress which will 100% lead to lack of compliance. We are human, if we do not see results, we will be less inclined to stick with that behavior- if we are in the mindset to change that is.

Stay tuned and keep an ear out for my course dropping that will give you the basics to try to navigate the world of nutrition in an easy how to guide to allow for success in making behavioral changes that are consistent. They become consistent once you feel more energized, less aches and pains, and overall are healthy!

With my plans you will likely lose weight, see improvement in your gut permeability imbalance and less immune system issues. Less bloating, fatigue, headaches, irritability, pain, lower cholesterol. You name it you can have all of this with starting intentions with easy small goals and working your way up!

Have a wonderful week!
