Matcha Power!
Match Latte's are the New Craze! But are they worth all the hype? Its a serious contender for powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory supplements to incorporate into your diet.
Let's talk Matcha and appreciate the benefits and talk quality.
Like all dietary supplements, these items are not supported or regulated by the FDA. You need to find a pure clean product, preferably one that does 3rd party testing (when speaking supplements). When speaking about food supplements, like Matcha or protein powders, it can certianly get overwhelming with the amount of recommendations and products out there.
The key is, looking for companies that state their business model that strive to provide clean safe products is crucial.
Matcha is expensive for the amount you get. I do not feel you need to have it everyday, like everything in life, when it comes to supplements, all in moderation and IN conjunction with lifestyle changes. Your body naturally can detox and do amazing things, supplements can enhance this but cannot improve any wellness on their own if you don't fuel your body right.
Goal is to purchase Ceremonial Grade Matcha. The rest is for you to play with! I like sometimes using 1/2-1tsp of matcha in some green tea with some almond milk. Again the possibilities are endless and I feel incorporating Matcha into your weekly consumption is a great antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immune supporter!
