For complex or multi-faceted conditions or topics of concern, a deep dive into your health is an appropriate consultation recommendation.

Tailored 3 month packaged plans are set up as a fee based off of a service retainer payment framework. All other visits are fee for service. Discounts for packaged clients. 

Understanding your goals and attacking the issues head on in a methodical approach is my gold standard. Extensive research and construction of your individualized plan is personally developed by me. What I feel you may need is not what someone else may benefit from, this is a highly personalized approach to helping you live a better life.

Consultations are conducted via my EMR through Televisit, or in person, you have direct EMR e-mail access for further advice as laid out within the contract of what service you select. We will work on a mental, emotional, behavioral and physiological approach to your health in a holistic integrative mindset. With packages or coaching I do have accountability weekly and in order for success you need to be open to investing time and hard work. For visits on your own schedule I do remain to check in with my clients and I am available via EMR e-mail. I want you to succeed and I provide you with the tools to optimize your health. I genuinely care about your health, emotional well-being and you reaching your goals.

Consultation A La Carte

Consultation a la carte offers a non-obligation to a retainer package form of health consultation that may be a better fit for your current needs. You may not need extensive accountability, guidance, education, counseling, coaching or recommendations on an on going basis. That is okay! I can still help you. Whether it is a case review and some guidance on questions to ask your health care practitioner, or you need help on an immediate concern. I am here to help and teach you to advocate for yourself. I will be open with my suggestions, caring, and thorough. 

Please keep in mind, I do not replace your primary medical provider. I do many health consultation and case review visits for clients who are seeking advise and are lost with their health. I give recommendations on how to advocate or what to ask their current clinicians. 

Scheduling is easy and simple, there is a 24-hour cancelation policy and a no-show fee. 

These consultations are on a fee for service basis, as broken down per type of visit in my offerings. Follow up may be recommended pending what has been discovered in the consultation.

Reiki, Guided Meditation & Supplements

Reiki Therapy is an energy healing technique that can help promote healing by the means of shifting energy. Our bodies and enviornment are all massive modes of energy constructors. We give off and absorb energy on a daily bases. This energy innately affects our health on a cellular level. Reiki Therapy is not intended to replace any traditional methods of medicine, although it can enhance and even help eliminate the need for such long term therapies. I utilize sound, aromatherapy, and guided meditation to help cleanse your mind, body and soul. Changing the mind's outlook and allowing the body to recenter its energy is critical in having improved outcomes. 

In my consultations I may or may not recommend supplementation to aid in promotion of health. I have discounted supplements for my clients on FullScript. All supplements are not created equal, nor should supplements be taken without the advisement of a professional. My recommendations are based off of my medical knowledge and expertise, they are not intended to treat nor cure an ailment and are recommendations only, and are utilized at your own risk. 

All my clients receive 20% off all their supplements recommended by me and can be paid for with your HSA/FSA account in nearly most cases.
